Foods that can cause allergy or intolerance

The widespread aliments in nature, in the vegetable and animal world, have a chemical structure that confers their own alimentary and nutritional characteristics.
Neverthless ,the natural aliments sustain structural changes in their composition in consequence of the preparation, cooking,and trasformation of the foods into dishes.

Fruit:  peach, kiwi, walnut, strawberry, apple, pear, plum, apricot, cherry, pineapple, exotic fruit;

Fishes: oyster, lobster, herring, tuna, mackerel, crawfish, codfish

Vegetables:  the most common allergic forms are due to ingestion or contact with the plants of  the family of :

   -Leguminous:  peanuts, beans, lentils, soya

-Umbellifer:
celery, fennel, parsley, carrot
   - Solanaceous: potato, pepper, tomato

Peanuts: the  major consumables among children can cause several allergic forms .We advise you to be careful of  ice-cream, sweets and vegetable oil present on the label of the product.

Soya: this is an aliment  that is always present  on our tables  and so there is a major sensitization to it.
It  has been demostrated that the children   having an allergy to cow’s milk can develop an intolerance to soya milk.

Today, of particular  importance are ”genetically modificated organisms ”(
OGM),  among which is  soya.
Of these  OGM we don’t know the eventual intolerance  provoced in humans.
